The meeting was at the Bluebonnet branch of the East Baton Rouge Parish Public Library, July 27th at 3:00 p.m. Central Daylight Time.

The Summer 2024 General Meeting was held on Sunday, July 28th.

Updates have been posted on the Documents page, including a financial report for the first half of 2024, and the minutes for the January 2024 meeting have also been posted.

The Summer 2023 General Meeting was held on Sunday, July 30th.

The meeting was at the Bluebonnet branch of the East Baton Rouge Parish Public Library, July 30th at 3:00 p.m. Central Daylight Time.

Updates have been posted on the Documents page, including a financial report for the first half of 2023, and some reference material about current and ongoing issues. The minutes for the January 2023 meeting have also been posted.

Due to COVID-19, the Winter 2021 General Meeting will be held over Zoom.

The meeting is scheduled for Sunday, January 31st at 3:00 p.m. Central Standard Time.

Members and friends who have provided us with their email address will receive a link via email. Others in our member area will receive a postcard with instructions. The postcard will look something like this.
